Any chance you could check the charge cycles on it for me? You could do this by pressing "Windows + R" and then typing "powercfg /batteryreport". Thanks in advance.

Oh sorry! After that happens the file is saved as an HTML in your Users folder named "battery report." Forgot to include that!
