All phones we list are GSM factory unlocked, unless stated. Meaning the device will work with Any GSM carrier. We advise to check with your carrier prior to purchasing.

PACKAGE CONTENTS-All devices come with Box, Device, and compatible charger(generic).

CUSTOMER SERVICE- We work extremely hard to keep our customers satisfied. We are always open to questions and comments. We try to answer messages within 1 hour (9Am-5:30PM EST). Any inquiries past that we will still try to attend to within the hour or next business day. Our business hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-5:30 PM. Friday 9AM- 1:30 PM. (We don’t respond to messages Friday evening- Saturday Evening)

SHIPPING- We Ship out devices same day If purchased prior to 2:30 PM EST (Friday 12PM). All orders past that time, we will still try to send out same day but can’t guarantee. Orders past 2:30 will ship out next business day. We ship whenever shipping services are opened, In the case of a national holiday We will not be able to ship on those specified dates, We request you check prior to purchasing.

We ship out orders via USPS First class Mail, We do offer Priority Mail (2 day shipping) for $15,Priority express mail option(1 day shipping) for $30. If you would like to add any of these services, Please let us know in the private sale page.

PAYMENT- We only accept PayPal. STRICTLY WE WILL ONLY SHIP IF IT’S A PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESS.NO EXCEPTIONS!!

RETURNS. We accept returns for Functional issues ONLY. Must be within 30 days of RECEIVING Device. Cannot have ICloud/Find my iPhone active to complete return. Devices returned with physical damage will not be accepted, Must come with all package contents in same condition device was purchased. We will not accept returns if there are physical damages on the device that were not there prior to order. Returns for Buyer remorse reasons not related to the device (EX: changed mind) Can be accepted, We will charge a 15% Restocking fee.

We accept returns for not as specified grade within 1 business days of receiving device, MUST BE AUTHORISED PRIOR.

WARRANTY-All of our devices are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to listing. We guarantee all functions of the device are 100% working. We try to avoid any issues, However with used cellphones, There may be times where devices can meet certain issues, Which is why we offer a 30 day warranty. Customers are entitled to make a warranty claim for 30 days after RECIEVEING the device. We offer a free return label for malfunctioning devices. Once we receive a device, we have it inspected for the claimed issues. If the claim is valid, we offer an exchange or refund (Buyers choice).
