Hi James. The first screen replacement was 2 years ago with apple. The 2nd screen replacement was with a third party store 4 months ago.

Anne, Thank you for the fast response. I'm concerned because some third-party screen replacement stop functioning correctly with iOS 11.3. Has this phone been upgraded to iOS 11.3 and does the screen continue to function with no issues? Thanks

Hi james! No problem. This specific phone has had zero issues with the screen since the replacement, including when it was upgraded to 11.3 prior to being reset to factory settings to ready it for sale. I also checked in with the third party store owner and he states they have not had any customers complain about screen unresponsiveness since updating.
