This item includes the stock Pixel wall plug and charger (pictured), not the stock Nexus 6P wall plug and charger. The Pixel charger set is better with a very long and high quality USB C cable.
The only reason this is not listed as mint is the refurbished model came with a very light scratch over the lower bezel (as pictured). It is not over the display and is difficult to notice. Impossible to notice with a screen protector on.

I got the phone freshly refurbished with a new battery on March 27, 2017. I used the phone for 3 weeks before posting it for sale here on Swappa.
To your last question, there are zero functional issues with this phone.
Seeing as how it's been 2 months, any consideration to lowering the price?
