Honestly, my goal is to walk away with $50 (after shipping and $10 Swappa fee). $65 is the price (for shipping in US) that I can do to that end.

Devices should only be shipped to a PayPal confirmed address for the protection of both parties.

The only way that the device can be shipped to a new location is if your PayPal address is confirmed for that location. It will not be possible otherwise. You can contact the seller if you would like to see what your options are. You can leave a comment on the private sale page for them to respond to.
