matt. yes it does. wi fi calling will work as long you are on t-mobile network. It doesn't matter if it is locked or unlocked. I own Nexus 6 with wi fi calling and it is unlocked.

Ken H. I apologize for delayed answer. I was had no access to internet last night. Anyway I will double check today but looks more like a black. I am not saying that I made a mistake but IK will check today and let you know.

Kristina D. This is unlocked device and it will work as long it is GSM network. I checked the ting network on the website for you. Ting is based on both networks GSM (T-mobile) and CDMA (Sprint). Unit will have only GSM coverage which is T-Mobile network. Any more questions, please feel free to ask.
