Phone received, good condition as noted, however device will not charge, power is recognized but will not charge at all. Left on charger for 8 hours never got above 8% and when unplugged device shuts down. Understand a battery upgrade may be needed do to age however no way to confirm if the charge function is functional since device won't take / hold a charge. Would like to request a refund.
