Is the charger you are selling with this the oem quick charger? Also does the battery hold up?

Yes, the charger is the one that came with the device originally. I used this phone daily for about a year when it was first released and the battery life was great. I bought the included car mount so that I could use it for music in my old Camaro - I only ended up actually driving the car a couple of times since then so to be honest the phone has sat virtually untouched for the past couple years.
