Note 3 I bought from T-mobile, you can use it with AT&T as well.
My personal phone for the last 1.5 years, hardly noticeable scratch on the screen, works fine, has minor scratches on the body of the phone, hardly noticeable, battery is still good, holds a day's charge. Comes with original charger and cable.

I bought this from tmobile, I was able to use the phone with at&t, I don't know if it's unlocked.
what made you put this device as fair not in good? are there dents etc? secondly is this phone unlocked? can it be used with any service provider such as AT&T?
I dropped it and there is a small debt on the upper right corner, and a scratch on the screen, but not cracked, you can see the scratch in one of the photos, and yes it works with at&t
or what would be a good price for you, if you don't want to make an offer?
I don't know, it's a GSM phone, I use it 9n tmobile. I've also used it with att.
