Light scratches on the front and small scuff on the back, as seen in the pictures.
Power button doesn't feel like it fully depresses, but functionality is not hindered - especially with a case on (and to be honest, the same problem happens with new Pixel phones, so it's not a huge loss).
Brown rubber case plus charging cord and wall plug included.
