Are you the original owner? Does "no signs of use" mean the phone has never been used or just that there's no visible wear?

Hi, is the phone new and not refurbished? What happened to the original packaging? Any factory warranty left on the phone? Does it have Nexus protect? Thanks.

@Joseph C: yes, I'm the original owner. "No signs of use" means that the phone literally has never been used. I turned it on for the first time when I took the pictures for this post.

@Harland L: long story short: originally I'm from Russia and a year ago I bought a couple of Nexus 6Ps for my buddies in Moscow. Russian customs and border control guys don't like when a person brings a couple of high-tech devices in original packaging, so in order to pass the border I had to remove devices from the original packaging.

Then one of my buddies was not able to pay (yeah, bad things happen). So, now I have a 100% new phone without the original package.

The factory warranty expired a month ago. It doesn't have Nexus protect.
