Jainik, I paid $440 for this device when new 6 months ago. That sale was someone undercutting the rest of the listings to offload his phone; it isn't a realistic value for the device currently. This listing is still below the previous average cost (which you can find here under "Pricing" - $368). Right now, the phone is still being put to good use, so if you want it, you'll have to have a more compelling offer; the lowest current price for a 16GB is $275.
