HTC ONE M7 - VERY GOOD CONDITION
Phone and original packaging. Phone is in very good condition. I had a glass screen protector on the phone from the very start and just took it off to sell it so screen is absolutely perfect. There is one scratch on the aluminum back and that's it. Need to find the charger and will include it if I do. Assume charger and cable is not included in case I don't.

Battery life is average for a phone of its age. I used it for about a year-and-a-half, average use. I don't know how to quantify it any better I guess. I lowered the price.
I do have an HTC branded charger I can include. I'm honestly not 100% percent sure it's the original one I think it's for the newer version M8 but it will obviously work, is just a standard USB to micro USB and the charger output is rated to handle the phone
I'll do 40 if you don't care about getting the original box it came in. That way I can ship it in a small priority mail box and save some shipping costs. If that is cool I will lower it to $40 and revise the listing
Yes it's 32 GB. As far as carrier compatibility you will need to check with whoever you use to see if it's compatible. I'm not an expert in this but I would say the short answer is no, some carriers use GSM and others use CDMA. The only thing I know for sure is that it would be compatible with Verizon since it's a Verizon phone.
Well, you right, I would like to use it with a GSM carrier like at&t, do you think will works?
I ran the IMEI through AT&T compatibility checker and it says: "your phone is compatible but we cannot find the correct SIM card". Based on what I read online you will need to take it into an AT&T store and get a new SIM card and it looks like it would be free. As a disclaimer I'm providing this info to try to help you but ultimately I can't be responsible if it's not compatible.
