Fully functional and in excellent condition. Screen has no cracks and very light scratching, only one small "scuff" - see pics. No dings or dents on the corners and very little signs of use on the frame - it is in near perfect condition. All data has been erased from the phone. My camera battery died while I was trying to get a pic that shows it. It is charged so I will take a few and post in about an hour. Sorry about that.

Hey Rick, i added 2 pics with the scuff circled in red. The only way i could get it to show up in a pic was to shine a light on the screen while i take the pic, the flash on the camera would not allow it to show. It is still difficult to make out, but that's the best i can get it to show up. It is small and unless the backlight/screen is off and you are looking at the screen at an angle, you can't see it, but i like to mention and show every imperfection i see especially on the screen. Hope this helps. If you buy today, it will ship out tomorrow. Thanks.
