Are all accessories original? Can you describe cosmetic condition (scratches, minor scuffs on the screen and/or back of device)? Is the battery OK? The device had some replacement?

All accessories are original, still in wrap and never used. I am not including earphone as I used it.

There's no scuff or scratch on the screen and back. Please refer to uploaded actual picture.

Battery was checked at Apple Genius Bar last week and it is in perfect condition.
