I think the colors I picked are pretty rad too - spearmint green back with blue detail and a white front.

Definitely not. I'm assuming you're referring to the smudgyness above the 11? A bit smudgy from my fingers, but 100% not scratches. I'll upload a few more pics after I wipe it down better.
Added 2 more photos that show there's no scratches. If you are interested in another photo of something in particular let me know.
I will pass on the $150 offer but I have dropped the price to $170.
