Yes I do include earpods ( iphones originals).... The iphone was used for a few months.... Absolutely no scratches.... As it was bought in Greece through my carrier I can not transfer the warranty...

How long do you the waranty when you bought in Greece? Normally Apple covers warranty internationally and it does not transfer from Carrier.
