2 years contract ends around in October this year
This phone is unlocked after I paid off last year and used with intestinal SIM

It is paid right so not under any contract?

No contract , I already moved to Verizon 1 month ago
I think Apple warranty covers for one year only, so no warranty now.

Does it have screen protector on it? What's the model number from setting section?

I had screen protector all the time from the time I have , just removed last week and replaced with temporary one which has some bubbles, you can purchase screen protector on amazon for couple of dollars replace it.
Model No from back of the phone is: A1634.
We can proceed with $340.
I removed SIM and restored the phone, if you really need model number from settings I need to activate again, please let me know.
