Please see my record for when I purchased this device. I am selling again after 1yr of use. I thought I would utilize the phone for gaming as I play a lot of PC and PS Vita games, but Android gaming is not quite there yet.

From what I was told from previous owner, the screen protector has been on since he originally purchased it. Also included:
- Tech21 case (from previous owner, phone has never left the case before photos)
- original charger
- upgraded USB cable (I received a red USB cable which I don't think was the original, so I upgraded to something that fit the aesthetics of phone better)

**this phone needs a software update** I rooted the device to try to get free wifi hotspot, but I think I set something wrong and now it has random resets. I don't know enough about software to fix it, so I am offering it at a discount to the next user.
**found cracks in the chassis** compensated by further discount... not sure when these got there

Regrettably, I will not be accepting returns. I have too much work on my plate to deal with this, priced to sell.

Hi Joe,

Two questions:
1) how has battery live been overall (trying to see if it would need a replacement since I just replaced mine in my Nexus)

2) How does $170 sound?

Looking to get this phone for my fiance so she can finally get rid of Sprint.

Hi Andrew,

I think you're the one that this phone is supposed to go to. To answer your questions:
1. Battery life is OK, not phenomenal. I know I can get through a whole day with light use (no continuous youtube, video, games). I can't speak for the original owner, but I don't trust the battery life on devices so I like keeping my phone plugged in as much as possible. I haven't benchmarked the battery for a long time... but replacing it shouldn't be so bad according to ifixit. My phone isn't high enough priority for me to replace it myself

2. $170 sounds perfect if the above is OK with you. I'll lower it when I get confirmation from you

Any other questions? I strongly advise you to keep it in the Tech21 case... my girlfriend just broke her S4 while it was in a free case she got. This is the second time in two years, whereas this phone has lasted so far just fine.

Thanks for the prompt response and it sounds like I'll buy once you lower it. My Nexus's life began to have issues (lasting for 45 minutes and dieing... it was just the battery that needed to be replaced) I guess I'll take this phone to see how the battery does to get an idea before I give it to her. It's a VERY simple fix.

Once you lower it, I'll buy.

Yeah, 45min might be a bit low, probably time to replace. Message me when you get the battery replaced! It would be great to hear your experience.

I hope you like the phone as much as I did. This phone got me interested in phones again when I was contemplating a switch in careers. Best of luck!

Yea it was horrible how the phone would just die after a few minutes of use. It works like its brand new now so I was just trying to get an idea if this one if will be in need of one as well.
