I have had this unit only since March 2015. Its in great condition (see pictures). No issues with screen, power button or battery. Comes with two cases and 2 USB cables

I just checked and it seems like overnight is closer to $40. You can lookup rates at USPS, Fedex or UPS and it will cost you exactly what they will charge.
