Soooo - it takes about 9 hours to get an reply, and the staff replying DID NOT answer my questions. Now it's been another almost 8 hours and no further response. This is my first time trying to use this site - I guess my expectations were too high. I am without a smart phone and rely on it for my business. I'll be leaving this site if I don't get a reply in the next couple hours.
