I wrote the listing # on card and photo'd it with the phone & bottom of the box to show serial & IMEI, there is no SIM card so I can't get to the "about" screen on phone ( I have already activated my new phone)

Please let me know what I need to do to get this approved, I can't show the "About" screen since the phone has been wiped back to factory settings, I included the box with the matching serial & IMEI.
Pamela on iPhone's you can still show the IMEI of the device by hitting the exclamation point at the bottom right of the activation screen. Please follow Paul's instruction using that screen, thank you.
Without a SIM card in I can't get to that screen and I can't give my SIM card since its in my new phone. Art!
Yes you can Pamela it's the very first screen when you turn on a brand new device. You'll see a little I at the bottom right. I can see the information button at the bottom right of your screen in the very first image.

I received the phone but it asks about Apple id, please let the seller about that. Thanks
its possible the old SIM card is still in the phone, try removing it and replacing it with a new one, I may have left it in while trying to get the IMEI to show on screen. This is the only reason I can think of that it would be asking for an Apple ID.
