Hey Quentin, does device have any warranty or apple care on it ? Also I not interested in cases.

It doesn't have Apple care, but does have the original limited warranty which is a year, and 90 days telephone support. I just bought it in June so there is a lot of warranty left. You can also still add apple care to it if you wish, after you buy it.
