Hey Faisal, No the phone is not under warranty. It was purchased when it was released, around September 2015.
As to whether or not it will internationally, that would depend on the carrier based on my guess. I have used it internationally before. I would search up Apple iPhone 6s (Global/A1688) and check to see the carrier you plan on using it on has the same bands as the phone.
There are no dings/dents/scratches on the phone. For price, I can go down to $375.

Thanks for the comment. I'll go down to $315. Everything works on the device, fingerprint scanner works fine. I'm running iOS 10.3.3.

It is unlocked, so depending on the carrier (I'm not too sure about European carriers) it should work. There are no cracks/damage and I've had it around the time it came out.
