very good condition, minor scuffs, and scratches, not perfect but good condition. very small white mark on screen buy ONLY shows with white screen. you can see in photos, top right area. hardly noticeable at all, nothing to worry about.

@Sharon D. You know that pre-paid AT&T phones can be used with regular AT&T? My sister did it with an old flip phone and my mother still uses a a "prepaid" Windows 8/10 mobile smart phone with a regular AT&T family plan. Even "locked" AT&T or AT&T Prepaid phones can work vice-versa on/it's the same AT&T wireless Network.
Also FYI: The model A1633 is CDMA+GSM compatible so if its locked than it's up to AT&T if they give you the unlock code (There use to be a lifetime limited amount they would unlock for you if you were a customer and done with your contract, I'm not sure what they're policy is now if it's still the same or changed - probably best to ask around and maybe call tech support if your a customer).
@Yazz Yes, I do know that, but I don't want to use the phone on AT&T. I've been burned by other sellers and prepaid phones. Want to make sure of what I'm getting. I am capable of unlocking though AT&T.
