You're getting the following: 1) Surface Book i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage 2) Surface Pen 3) HEX Sleeve. The SB is in near mint condition (and not mint condition) because of two small wears near the charging port. Other than that, it's in mint condition and the battery life is good as the day I got it. I used it gently and took excellent care of it. The Surface Pen is also near mint because of a small wear. The HEX sleeve is in mint condition. You'll also get the original box, papers, and charger. Sorry, Aurel. You've sold stuff on Swappa, so you know about the Swappa fee, PayPal fee, and shipping cost. If I go down to 825, I'll only get 800 and then paypal will take about 25-30 dollars from that and shipping is going to cost $18 for USPS 2-3 days delivery. Currently I can go down to 825.
