What is the IOS version running on the iPad? I only will consider buying if it's running below IOS 10.3.1

The charger doesn’t seem to be the original one that comes with the 12.9 inch iPad Pro is that correct?
yes, that is aftermarket accessories. but if you want, I can provide an used original cable and a original iphone charger (the small cube)
I am just worried that the adapter provided is too weak to charge the iPad. My friend’s iPad Pro comes with a bigger adapter and the iPhone one doesn’t charge it at all.
sorry, we dont have the bigger charger but the smallsma one is not that weak. it will charge just a little bit slower Than the big one. if you worry about it, will provide the original iPhone cube and it will not that slow. if my memery serves me right, the iPhone adapter is 5V and ipad one is 8V. not that much difference.
I am really interested in buying this but from what I read the iPad Pro requires a 12W charger which I will then need to buy it separately. Would you consider dropping the price a bit? I can purchase this tonight if we come to an understanding.
