Very good condition, no cracks however some very slight cosmetic scratches on the metal corners of the device.
Included already installed in the device is 32 GB of expandable storage via MicroSD.
This device is s-off, bootloader unlocked, TWRP installed, and is running the SkyDragon GPE Stock Android 5.0.1 at the moment. If you're knowledgeable with custom ROMs, you can easily switch out the ROM for one of your choice. If not, this ROM just allows stock android on the HTC One m8 instead of HTC Sense 6.

Has there been a protector on the screen? Also, are there any scratches on the camera lens?
@VGplay Yes a glass protector was used for the first year on the front screen, until it started peeling off. As for the camera lens, looking very closely in the light there are a few micro scratches but none directly in front of the camera (or hindering picture quality).
