Hello Dilacerate, I added a new close-up picture. Where it says "To Activate..." The "c" in activate has a very slight scratch there. It is hard to get a picture of it but I do know that it's there when the light hits it just right.

Hello, I am unsure, but I have had experience with Sprint sending me a proper SIM card before when I bought a phone that didn't come with one. Feel free to confirm with Sprint--the online chat while logged into my account was most helpful.

could you please verify that the charge port is working well...securely attaches the charge cord...this is my biggest problem buying used phones--i do not want to take apart this phone to replace the charge receptacle upon receiving--thank you
