i purchases the phone 13 months ago so I believe the 1 year warranty just expired. The scratch is over the number 8 on the numeric key pad. It's hard to make it show up in pictures. It's visible on the phone when the screen is lit certain colors. Charger and cable are both brand new apple never been used.
I uploaded a photo with a better look at the scratch. Price has been updated.
