Hi Regina,
The device has about 10 months of warranty coverage left. The device was purchased 4/29/16 so Samsung's standard warranty (24 months) is up 4/29/18.

You are correct, after doing more research Samsung's warranty on this device is 12 months. The warranty expired 3 months ago in April.

Swappa charges a $15 dollar sales fee included in the sales price. I think $375 ($360 + $15 sales fee) is a fair price but I will let you know if I decide to reduce the price further.
