Summary

HTC One M8 on Verizon

Device is gunmetal gray and comes with all packaging including never used (still in the bags) charger and cable and also (used) Beats earbuds with the carry case. Only thing missing is the HTC tray eject tool (will update posting if I find it).
Device has been in an Otter Box case (Commuter - included) since I purchased the phone. There is some discoloration on the back from sunlight where the case is open to allow the dual rear facing cameras to operate. There is some light scratching on the phone where it was been dropped with the case off for a few minutes here and there (I was pretty religious with keeping the case on but I'm a little clumsy, I guess). Phone has always had a screen protector on it and there are NO scratches on the screen. The Beats earbuds have a little wear around the edges as they are well-worn - I love them and am a little upset my new HTC 10 didn't come with any. :( Volume button seems loose from a little over two years of use.

Damage description

Some light scratching on the bottom and some sunlight discoloration where the Otter Box did not cover the entire phone.
