I have a Nintendo 3ds XL that is in near perfect condition with the exception of a few small scratches on the top plastic, which has nothing to do with the functionality of machine. It is in perfect working order.
The stylus is perfect. Screens are perfect. 3D setting works perfectly. I haven't charged it in over 3 weeks, haven't played it a ton, but it is still fully charged.

As for the games...I have one Sky3DS+ cartridge this cartridge has a spot for a micro SD card. It is very simple to go online, find any game that has ever been created, plug the micro sd card into the computer and put the ROM file into the correct folder.

The SKY3DS Plus with the 32GB micro SD card that is already formatted and has the correct software installed sells for $131
