Purchased new in October 2014 and used until May 2016. The screen had a protector on it for most of its life and the only noticeable scratch is on the top bezel.

In January 2016, the 3rd-party extended battery I had been using ruptured. It scorched the label inside the battery compartment, but I had it in my hand when it happened and was able to remove it before it did any real damage. I switched to the stock battery and continued using it for several months without any issues before I decided to switch carriers.

There are also 3 small cracks in the top and bottom edges of the casing that I'm not able to capture with my camera. I flexed the phone and didn't see them move or open up at all, so I don't believe they'll be a problem.

The original box and a Diztronic TPU case are included.
