This phone has never been turned on. I know with Apple devices the 1-year warranty starts on the day a device is activated (first time it's turned on), regardless of purchase date. If Samsung follows the same protocol, you'll have the full 1-year manufacturer's warranty. I, personally, am not providing any kind of warranty on this phone.
