@jose: It's in good condition. It has normal wear for a watch that's worn every day since September, but in an indoor environment. Minor scratches on the casing, no issues with the display. The pictures above are an accurate representation of the device.

@Austin: $240?

Mar 02, 2017 - 05:37 PM

Michael T. Seller

I think it's at a very fair price. You can literally call Apple as soon as you get it, and make up some issue to get a shiny new watch (you can tell them you have beta software on it and want to revert back to production). Plus you have 2 incidents of accidental damage to get it replaced before May.

I'm open to negotiation, hence the $10 price cut I already made, but I'm not going to drop that far this quickly. Thanks for your interest!

- Mar 04, 2017 - 12:33 AM

Let's do $230 and get the deal done

Michael T. Seller
- Mar 04, 2017 - 12:34 AM

235?

- Mar 04, 2017 - 12:42 AM

I'm ready with 230$. I'm gonna sleep. Let me know in the morning. Cash ready

- Mar 04, 2017 - 08:56 AM

U sending out today at $235?

Michael T. Seller
- Mar 04, 2017 - 09:04 AM

I can get it to the post office today, yes.

- Mar 04, 2017 - 09:15 AM

I'll prob do what you said and get replaced after vacation. Can those scratches be buffed out maybe?

Michael T. Seller
- Mar 04, 2017 - 09:16 AM

They're super minor, basic wear. I work in an office environment and don't do anything extreme. It's just scuffs from normal usage. You can see them in the pictures I posted.

Michael T. Seller
- Mar 05, 2017 - 09:14 AM

@Jose: Still interested?

- Mar 05, 2017 - 03:55 PM

I am. But the guy above u will go to $210. If it falls thru. I'll let u know

Sounds good, William. I'm out of town Saturday, but I'll get it out to you first thing Monday!

- Mar 10, 2017 - 09:06 AM

Could you do 200 today?

- Mar 10, 2017 - 01:34 PM

Or at least 215?

- Mar 10, 2017 - 04:22 PM

Sorry. Bought another model. Thanks.

Mar 10, 2017 - 04:59 PM

Could you go $190? The watch I was acually going to buy at that price was just taken- I will buy right away if you can change that price. ;)

Mar 10, 2017 - 05:47 PM

^ that price is too high. A new original Apple Watch stainless just like this is only $279 on Amazon right now. I will buy $179 ($100 off because it's an older Watch that was used) I am serious and will buy now.

Mar 10, 2017 - 05:50 PM

I think it is a good price judging that the value has gone down a bit, Bill B. I do see that Amazon is selling it for $279 but I feel like $190 is a good price range for this watch because of shipping etc. I have seen watches here sell for $165-$180 so I feel like $190 is a good asking price for the seller to get a bit more than average.

To the seller: I will still buy right away if you can change the price down- my watch broke and I'm in need to fill my rings!

Mar 11, 2017 - 12:04 PM

Still ready to buy right now! ^^^

Michael T. Seller
- Mar 13, 2017 - 09:32 PM

Sorry folks, as mentioned above, I was out of town this weekend.

I'm currently priced below the recently sold average on Swappa. There are a few benefits to this watch that justify a higher price point:

1. The band is brand new, never been used. Came from a new Series 2 watch that and never used.
2. The watch has AppleCare+ on it through May 11, with 0 incidents used. This means you're covered for any defects or accidental damage (small service charge for accidental damage).
3. Because it has AppleCare+ on it, you can literally contact Apple as soon as you get it and put in a service request to get a new unit. One way to do this is to let them know you have watchOS beta on the device, and want to revert it to the production version.

I've come down a bit on pricing, and would like to get a fair amount out of this unit. At the current $230 price, I'm looking at $10 swappa fee + PayPal fees + shipping = less than $200, but it's a fair price for what could basically be a new device.

Mar 13, 2017 - 10:13 PM

Could we meet at $200? (I got $10 tip from a client, I'm a graphic designer) there's currently another at $195 right now that comes with other bands and stuff but I'd rather buy from you, seeing as you're quite nice. If you're able to lower, I'll buy.

I appreciate the sentiment, but I'm not going to be able to go below $230 right now with fees and shipping. Looks like I'm right at the same price with a unit in similar condition on here. Make sure you're looking at stainless options when you're comparing prices.

- Mar 16, 2017 - 12:06 AM

Hello, is the band white or pink? Thanks!

Michael T. Seller
- Mar 16, 2017 - 12:07 AM

It's white.

- Mar 16, 2017 - 01:44 PM

I'll buy this right now but I want to know more about the process of putting in an AppleCare claim to get a new watch. Is this documented anywhere that can run me through the process? Thanks.

Michael T. Seller
- Mar 16, 2017 - 02:28 PM

Hey Dan,
Because it's under AppleCare+, the hardware warranty has been extended. If you call in with an issue that requires replacement, it's covered. One thing that requires replacement is the watch running beta software. I've actually done this once before (doesn't count against the accidental damage claims) and it's fairly straightforward. They'll either have you mail it in and you get a replacement mailed back, or you can ask for express replacement which requires a credit card hold if you don't return it.

- Mar 16, 2017 - 06:02 PM

Do they not verify the issue/reject the claim?

Mar 23, 2017 - 12:19 AM

215 pay right now

Michael T. Seller
- Mar 23, 2017 - 12:50 AM

Can you do 225?

Mar 23, 2017 - 12:52 AM

Sorry I can't

Michael T. Seller
- Mar 23, 2017 - 01:05 AM

I can come to $220 but really need to stay above that.

Mar 23, 2017 - 05:14 PM

190$ pay now

- Mar 28, 2017 - 10:47 AM

Michael, 220 and I'll pay now.
