Has some discoloration on the back as well as multiple scratches. I have done my best to photograph this accurately. The iPad was in previously in a case and none of the appearance defects are noticeable. Screen itself is in good condition with no cracks or deep scratches. This is for iPad only, no cables, box, cases, or power bricks.

No, but if it was a deal breaker I could probably find the box in a closet if I looked and I know I have lots of cables and power bricks if you would do $275 with the accessories.
