Are there a lot of scratches? Its hard to tell by the pics. Also the charger port cover is missing, correct?

Hi, there are very little scratches more like small hair like scratches very unnoticeable, there are some scratches on the home button. Indeed it is missing the the charging port cover. Also it doesn't come with the data transfer cable only the charging cable.
