WARRANTY-All of our devices are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to listing. We guarantee all functions of the device are 100% working. We try to avoid any issues, However with used cellphones, There may be times where devices can meet certain issues, Which is why we offer a 30 day warranty. Customers are entitled to make a warranty claim for 30 days after RECIEVEING the device. We offer a free return label for malfunctioning devices. Once we receive a device, we have it inspected for the claimed issues. If the claim is valid, we offer an exchange or refund (Buyers choice).

If we are unable to replicate the claimed issue, We will first prove it to Swappa staff and Buyer to show we are honest in our dealings. Once proven, We will offer to send The device back for $8. Or we can accept a return for a 15% Restocking fee. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT WARRANTY CLAIM IF THE DEVICE CONTAINS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING, Physical Damage, Liquid damage, Icould lock/Find my iphone. Claims for Physical damage, Icould lock, or any other out of norm claim must be made within 1 day of receiving the device. ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE REQUESTED PRIOR TO SENDING DEVICE BACK, WE WILL REFUSE ANY PACKAGES THAT ARE SENT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

RETURNS. We accept returns for Functional issues ONLY. Must be within 30 days of RECEIVING Device. Cannot have ICloud/Find my iPhone active to complete return. Devices returned with physical damage will not be accepted, Must come with all package contents in same condition device was purchased. We will not accept returns if there are physical damages on the device that were not there prior to order. Returns for Buyer remorse reasons not related to the device (EX: changed mind) Can be accepted, We will charge a 15% Restocking fee.
