Acer Chromebook C720 series, 16 GB

This chromebook has functioned as my personal computer for 2 years. I've kept the screen covered with a screen protector (you can see bubbles from the screen protector in the photo) and the keyboard under a silicon keyboard protector (purple), so both are in brand new condition. I've kept the whole chromebook in a plastic hard shell. However, when I took off the shell for the first time now to inspect the condition, I see that the there are lots of micro-scratches where dirt or sand got in between the hardshell and the chrombook and scratched the surface of the chromebook. These scratches are noticeable on the top and bottom of the closed chromebook, but are only aesthetic wear-and-tear eye sores- none of these scratches are deep. If you plan on keeping your chromebook in a case or shell like me, you won't notice them. My hardshell is semi-translucent (purple, see photos), and I didn't even know they were there until now. If you want to have your chromebook exposed and naked without a case/shell, I would not purchase this chromebook, since the scratches really are noticeable- they are small, but they are everywhere. I've taken close-ups of the scratches so that you can see them in detail. Thank you.
