All ports, buttons, and cameras fully functional and battery still holds its full charge. Very good condition with little signs of use. Screen protector is still applied and it has very little/almost no signs of peeling . Original AT&T sim included.

No dents at all and only very minor scratches, enough to tell that it isn't pristine but not enough to seriously compromise the look of the phone itself
Honestly I have no idea why its doing that, I had 2 4's that I wiped in identical fashions, one wasn't able to be listed due to some home button issues displayed the proper first time set up image, and this one displayed the connect to Itunes image.

Its not Icloud locked AFAIK, I wiped it and another Iphone 4 the same exact way, the other one came out fine but this one displayed the connect to Itunes screen. And Ill wait at least until Monday to hear from Dilimulati, but if he doesn't respond Ill consider your offer Willie
Ill do 35$ Stephen, and the device is NOT! locked, its just being stupid for some reason. The IMEI was clear from icloud when I posted it and it came up clear for activation again when I checked it just now.
