Yes, it is unlocked. I am currently using them in T-Mobile and tried in other countries sim too. Works perfectly.

I updated the software n now the phone not coming back on

The phone was already updated and working fine. I had them reset before shipping. I don't know what is wrong now.
I did not face this issue anytime. Sorry to hear that. Can you try removing the battery and put back again.

I did n press power button showed the name n then turn off its on the Odin mode

I'm take it to AT&T

try taking the battery, sim, and sd card out, then put the battery back in (not the other two yet), and hold down-volume, power key, and home key at the same time. When the menu comes up that says to press volume up to continue (to Odin and the downloading loop) or press volume down to restart, press volume DOWN (yes, I know, I thought it would be a waste of time too). Then press the power key only to turn the phone on like normal.

Could you please try this one for last time, if not then take them.

I did it restarted over went to the Samsung screen n then turn off . I tried the down botton , home n power n it's on the screen w/ the green monster . . You remember it's was on jelly bean or lollipop . Cause w/ the Knox warranty it can't restart by its self

It was on Kitkat 4.4.2. I think, the ones you updated may be some security patches which caused this issue.
