Hello,
I purchased this phone from you less than 2 months ago and now it is completely dead and unresponsive. Since I have had it, it has not been dropped or suffered any other remotely serious incident. When I received the phone, I immediately noticed that it got extremely hot, much more than my previous 5C, when the screen was on for more than 5 minutes and the battery life was very short. Now it is useless. Would you be willing to offer a return refund?
