Verizon, Space Gray, 64GB iPhone 6
I've included the original box, power cord, power brick and an extra set of headphones. Also installed a screen protector that the phone will ship with. Only thing is that the battery is now 2.5 years old and gets about 5 hours of life before needing a charge.
I moved the Device Condition from Mint to Good b/c they asked me too. The photo of the back shows up a nick or two I didn't see visually beforehand.
