Hi Jenny, that's right that it's missing the tool that pops out the SIM tray. These are universal, so you should be able to use any other SIM changer or even a paperclip to pop out the SIM tray.

$75 is a little lower than I'm hoping for right now, but I would be happy to lower my price to $90. Let me know what you think!

Hi Kolteen, sorry for the delay. I spoke with the original user, and she said that she charged the phone every 12 hours or so and used the phone intermittently.
