Yes according to Verizon as all of the phones I sell our post paid and not under contract you can take it to any other carrier that supports iPhone 6 phones by swapping the SIM.
My son has done this with one of the same phones from Verizon on AT&T
I'm not a big phone seller but got tired of selling them cheaply to another site and decided to try adding $30 out of pocket worth of accessories to the deal + 15 to 20 for FedEx and sell them on Swappa. I usually get about 1 to 2 really nice phones per month with a few not so nice ones and this would be one of those near perfect ones that I use to offer to family members only.
