No - swappa wouldnt let me list if installment plan has to be paid and clean. We ony tried .39c server no clue what the reason was for decline as we get lots of phones - ATT ONLY!!
If it can't be unlocked, its either on an installment plan, active on someone's account, or lost or stolen. All of those reasons should make it ineligible to be sold on swappa.
Thanks for your input, but thats not the case. So its perfectly ELIGIBLE to be listed on swappa as a CLEAN device for AT&T network only

Swappa - can we remove sellers comments as it is fake news?
Swappa esn check does absolutely nothing to show if a phone is on an EIP or if its currently active on another user's account. Been doing this a long time "bub". Check into it. Again, if ATT refuses to unlock it, there is a reason.
Guy, its not unlocked get over it. Go harass someone elses listing for a locked phone. Theres plenty. Than call at&t and learn a few new things. Thank you. Merry Christmas.
