I received the phone today. 1. It did not have a charging port cover (no mention in the listing that the port cover is missing). 2. It has an aftermarket battery with no water indicator present. 3. There is doesn't appear to be a water indicator anywhere in the battery compartment (seems odd to me). 4. Took phone to local Sprint store and they could not activate it because it was a prepaid phone. Multiple service reps looked at it and they all said the same thing: There wasn't anything they could do to activate the phone. Please help in this matter. I need a phone immediately. I have already had to wait for delayed shipping...
