I came from an Air so I can say the speakers sound great compared to it. Battery life is also good. I used this laptop as a desktop connected to a monitor most of the time, so the battery cycle count should be pretty low.
I can't check for an exact number since I restored it, but last I remember the cycle count was 15.
I had it connected to my monitor via USB-C and my monitor also had a regular USB port so I could connect an SD card adapter, flash drive, etc. As for the mouse, I used a Bluetooth mouse.
