@Zee S. I'm pretty sure all North American iPad models are carrier 'unlocked', but that doesn't necessarily mean the AT&T model would support the same LTE bands as a Verizon model for example.
$159 is already the lowest price on the site so I'm going to stick with that price for now, thanks!
